Why is it when I am already behind in my week I decide to add more fuel to the fire?? Somehow, while spending an entire day doing evacuation drills and CPR at recurrent training, I figured it may be a great time to pick up a new foster puppy on the way home from the airport. You know, just to have a few relaxing weeks with a new puppy. Oiy! What was I thinking!
Although Chico is as cute as can be (Seriously - ain't he the cutest) he is also a handful. This little chihuahua wants to be held CONSTANTLY. Weighing in at 3 months old and 4 lbs heavy he is a force to be reckoned with. When he isn't being held he enjoys yelping to be held, sleeping, and humping Bubba whenever she gets too annoyed running away from him and decides to plop on the ground in utter exhaustion. For the next two weeks I will be in puppy rearing madness...
Here are your most clicked of the week...
Watermelon Yogurt Pops - A Mom Not a Professional Nor A Perfectionist. Aren't these the cutest way to cool off this summer? These are SUPER easy to make and a great candidate for my Popsicle molds at the back of the cabinets!!

Apple Fritter Bread - Flour Me With Love. Doesn't this look scrumptious?? What a beautiful bread to serve at brunch or pack along for a party. I mean, come on, anything with a nice thick coating of glaze has got to be delicious! check out the way she cut and layered the dough. YUM!!
